Three days ago Anushka Sharma’s beau Virat Kohli had posted a video of a three-year-old weeping. That disturbing video was shared by many other cricketers and celebrities. In that video which took the internet by storm, a three-year-old was seen crying who couldn’t learn the numbers as asked by her mother. The way she was scolded and taught was rather disturbing and very painful. All the celebs shared this particular video on their respective social media handles and urged parents to remain calm, patient while teaching their kids. But you’ll be surprised to know that this child is singer Toshi Sabri’s niece.

Do you remember Toshi Sabri? He shot to fame with the song Maahi from the film ‘Raaz: The Mystery Continues’. He has participated in reality shows such as Amul STAR Voice of India, Ustaadon Ka Ustaad and Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star. All his fans were taken aback when they realized that this little who was treated ruthlessly was Toshi’s niece. When the singer was contacted he said he never thought this video which was made for a family group would go viral.

Toshi Sabri was quoted saying as, “Woh video ek maa ka video hai, apne bhai aur husband ko dikhaane ke liye banaya tha, ki bachchi bahut ziddi ho gayi hai,” reports Hindustan Times. The singer also mentioned, “The homework she gets in nursery, of learning numbers, she’ll never be able to learn. Woh jo rona hota hain, woh us moment ke liye tha taaki uski maa use padaaye na aur khelne de. Chota bachcha hai 2.5-3 saal ka. It’s not a big issue. Har ghar mein bachon ki alag zidd hoti hai, alag-alag tareeke ke bachche hote hain. (Ye) bachchi bahut zyada ziddi hai (lekin) humari laadli hai.”

The fact that the pain and anger of the child is ignored and ones own ego to make the child learn is so massive that compassion has totally gone out of the window. This is shocking and saddening to another dimension. A child can never learn if intimidated. This is hurtful.

The singer continued to say that based a 1.5 minute video clip, his sister (mother of the three-year-old Haya) shouldn’t be judged. He even said, “Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan don’t know about us. Hamare bachche ke bare mein humein pata hai naah ki hamara bacha kaisa hai! Uska nature hai waisa… Agle hi pal woh khelne chali jaati hai. Agar aap usko chod do toh woh kahengi main mazzak kar rahi thi.
